1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YubiLingo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YubiLingo is a SaaS tool that uses AI to translate YouTube video titles and descriptions into multiple languages and publish them to your YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Google account and YouTube channel to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits must be purchased before translations can be processed.
• Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for credits that have been used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us at [email protected].
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. YouTube API Usage

The Service uses YouTube API Services to read your channel data and write translated metadata to your videos. By using the Service, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with YouTube's policies, including community guidelines and metadata policies. YubiLingo is not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube against your channel.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to publish misleading, spam, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or credits to another person.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Translation Quality

Translations are generated by AI and may not be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing translated content before publishing it to your YouTube channel. YubiLingo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any translation.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original video content and metadata. By using the Service, you grant YubiLingo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing translations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YubiLingo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, channel penalties, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is requested within the 14-day window described in Section 4.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
